"Michelle was very easy, fun, and professional to work with. She is laid-back and patient and not at all pushy. She worked hard and fast to find us houses that we liked. We never had to ask for more options because she was already finding them. Michelle let my husband and I walk through each house while she quietly gauged our reactions and discussions. She was very perceptive to our need and wants in a home. When we found the one for us, Michelle worked swiftly and efficiently to negotiate with the sellers. We believe she gave us good and reasonable advice and had answers for almost all of our questions. When she did not, she promptly found the answers. I highly recommend working with Michelle to find a home!"

"When we decided to look for a vacation home in Destin, Florida, I had know clue how to proceed. It was by accident that Michelle became our realtor but I couldn't have been happier and more satisfied. Luckily she saw that I had made an inquiry about a house on Zillow and she called me. From day one she went above and beyond what a realtor does. She worked tirelessly to find houses that met our requirements. When we finally found "the house", she didn't stop helping but continued to be a wonderful go-between for us and the seller, inspector, etc... We closed on the house a month ago and I know all I have to do is ask and she will still be available to help and answer my many questions. I now consider her my friend, not just my realtor. Do not hesitate to enlist Michelle as your realtor. She was EXCELLENT!"

"We started working with Michelle by her contacting us in response to an inquiry on Zillow. We don't live in the Destin area, were researching to purchase an investment property. Michelle provided us with the information we needed to be able to plan for a trip to view selected properties. She spent the most of a Saturday with us taking us up and down the coastline showing properties. After a day of looking at properties, we changed our minds on property type and location, so she was patient enough with us to go back out on the following Monday; also quick to get us into the condo units we had found again on Zillow. By the end of that day we identified a place to move forward with. Michelle was super helpful in answering our questions and if she didn't know the answers, was quick to get us the information we were looking for."
